It’s during Season 1 that Michael Scofield and Sucre have this funny, pathetic, attempt at a handshake!
In Cute Poison, Sucre heads back to the cell, having been replaced with Haywire for a while! He walks in and tells Michael that he’s glad to be back. “Good to have you back,” Michael replies.
“So, when do we get started?” Sucre asks.
“I already have,” Michael replies.

In Prison Break Episode 1.03: Cell Test, I wonder why Sucre went along with Michael if he was just going to switch cells anyway?
During P.I. duty in the laundry room, Michael walks past Sucre and opens a small electrical box. Sucre watches as Michael pulls a cell phone from his pocket, wraps it in a towel and stuffs it in the box.

In Prison Break Episode 1.02: Allen, Michael is intent on finding a bolt with the serial number 11121147 (the same number as on his tattoo) on the bleachers. He works at unscrewing the bolt but is interrupted twice by T-Bag and his gang.
During his second attempt to remove the bolt, T-Bag discovers what Michael is doing and takes it away.

In The Pilot [Episode 1.01], Michael Scofield goes to the infirmary introduce himself to Dr. Sara Tancredi. He claims to have Type 1 diabetes so she gives him an insulin shot.
On Michael’s second visit, Sara notices his abnormally low glucose level and tells him that he is reacting to the insulin as if he is not diabetic. She then says that on his next visit, she would like to run a test.

To keep up his bluff, Michael approaches C-Note.
