Episode 02.01 - Manhunt

As eight hours has passed since the escape, Michael, Lincoln, Sucre, C-Note and Abruzzi attempt to evade their seekers. Bellick is forced to relinquish the command of the search party to FBI Special Agent Alexander Mahone whose ingenious approach makes Michael’s life as a fugitive harder. As a result from her overdose, Dr. Sara is in critical condition. A short-handed T-Bag faces the ultimate challenge.

Episode 02.02 - Otis

Mahone tries to lure the escapees by targeting an imprisoned LJ.
Michael and Lincoln come up with a plan to free LJ from jail.
Sucre, Abruzzi and C-Note have a plan of their own, but only to break free of their pursuers. Meanwhile, Bellick and Warden Pope feel the heat following their unsuccessful attempts to capture the escapees. Tweener infiltrates a bunch of college students on their way to spring break.

Michael and a wounded Lincoln try to outmaneuver Mahone, who is hot on their trail. Sara gets a surprise visit to her bedside. Following his suspension, Bellick recruits a resolute partner to aid in his quest to get the escapees behind the bars. Sucre and C-Note head out for their family reunions—regardless of being observed by the authorities.

Episode 02.04 - First Down

Abruzzi is reunited with his wife Sylvia. She is outraged when Abruzzi tells her he wants to get revenge before leaving the States and start a new life with his family. T-Bag travels with a man named Jerry and his cute 14-year-old girl, Danielle. When a lonely and horny T-Bag tries to get his way with the girl, she runs to her father and a confrontation ensues.

Episode 02.05 - Map 1213

One of the President’s agents, named Bill Kim, is sent unanounced to Fox River in order to check up on the investigation’s progress. Kellerman particularly likes Kim for his way of working. Kim is especially interested in Sara’s whereabouts and her contacts. Sucre, who is in Las Vegas, finds the chapel where Maricruz is set to wed Hector. Maricruz’s sister Theresa promises to have her sister and Sucre meet, however, she decides to call the police instead.

Episode 02.06 - Subdivision

T-Bag is in the house of a woman named Jeannette, who serves him liquored lemonade. As they share stories, T-Bag starts working his charm on her only to be scorned when she asks him for help to get another man in her bed. It seems the gang, which includes Michael and Sucre, is pretending to be construction workers working on Jeanette’s house. Why are they there for? Things go sour when Jeannette’s daughter, Ann, appears. Mahone, who has figured out the D.B. Cooper connection, hones in on them. Haywire surfaces at a fast-food joint.

Episode 02.07 - Buried

The guys are still at Jeannette’s house where they hold her and Ann hostage while they keep digging to find Wesmoreland’s money. LJ gets a visitor and Sara’s father gets bad news. Sucre holds Jeanette Owens and her policewoman daughter hostage as the dig for Westmoreland’s loot continues under the women’s garage. Mahone gets someone new to interrogate. Haywire makes a new friend by the Lake Michigan shore in Wisconsin. LJ gets a menacing visitor at the Arizona detention center where he’s being held; and Gov. Sara gets bad news from the White House.

Episode 02.08 - Dead Fall

Scofield has his hands full when Sucre turns traitor and escapes with the newly found $5 million. Mahone is investigated by Internal Affairs regarding Tweener’s death. Lincoln is determined to reunite with LJ, but may be walking into The Company’s trap; and Sarah must fight for her life when the conspiracy tries to make history repeat itself.

Michael puts the moves on Mahone’s wife in hopes of digging up dirt on his pursuer. Lincoln and LJ have an uneasy road trip. C-Note’s wife must choose between her husband and daughter. T-Bag gets an unwelcome surprise while looking for a lost love.

Michael and Sarah’s reunion is anything but romantic as Mahone and Kellerman are determined to keep them apart permanently. Lincoln receives some help from a father figure as LJ meets a long-lost relative. T-Bag runs into a familiar face while holding the key to his freedom. Sucre is waiting for Maricruz to call him from Theresa’s house but he can’t get to the phone at the planned time.
Later, Theresa and Maricruz are at the airport where they are set to take a plane to Belize.

Episode 02.11 - Bolshoi Booze
Aired: November 13, 2006
T-Bag must make the ultimate sacrifice to get his hand on Westmoreland’s millions, while Lincoln says goodbye to another loved one. Michael meets with “Coyote,” a tough and ruthless Hispanic man with whom he is dealing a plane to head to Panama. The exchange is medical nitroglycerin for the plane ride. But things turn bloody and sour when Coyote finds out he is given sugar. And this is only part of the problem as Michael and Lincoln are not together. T-Bag is out on a revenge against Geary. Sara is tortured. Bellick is interrogated about a homicide by Katherine Slattery, a 40-year-old Kansas detective.

Episode 02.12 - Disconnect

Mahone tracks an injured Coyote to lead him to the getaway plane. Kellerman get the third degree from the women in their lives. Bellick makes a stunning confession. C-Note’s journey has an arresting development. Michael and Lincoln make their final flight for the border – but will Mahone ground their plans?
Episode 02.13 - The Giving Tree

T-Bag goes postal to track down a missing Mrs. Hollander. Sucre’s escape plane faces deadly turbulence. Michael and Lincoln are taken into custody to be transported back to Fox River, forcing Mahone and Kellerman to take drastic measures to ensure that the brothers make it to the prison morgue instead of their cells. Bellick gets a taste of his own medicine. T-Bag has an unexpected helping hand in getting revenge and alliances are turned upside-down once again.

Linc and Michael have decided to take the keys and escape, figuring at least they’ll go down fighting. Bellick faces off with inmates. He’s #453857 and earns the nickname “Fish.”

Episode 02.15: The Message

Bellick, now an inmate, shares a cell with Avacado. Bank, a menacing African American inmate wants to make Bellick his punk but underestimates Bellick. Bank and his goons want to make Bellick pay for that confrontation. Sucre makes it to Mexico and tries to find a car to do some mileage. The brothers try to expose the conspiracy via videotaped message. Haywire develops a bit of a crush on a girl he meets in a convenience store.

Episode 02.16: Chicago

Another fugitive goes down, but first, Michael, Linc, Kellerman and Sara board a Chicago-bound train in Evansville, Ind., and Bellick has a most welcome visitor at Fox River. Meanwhile, T-Bag makes sure that the Hollanders keep up appearances. T-Bag has Susan and little Peter hostage and forces them to play along as the happy family when one of Susan’s friends stop by. As C-Note is exiting a diner, a robber moves in and points his gun at C-Note. Chaos starts when the robber starts moving on other customers. C-Note tries to calm down everyone and take control of the situation. T-Bag is at Susan’s and is playing husband: he cooks and bakes and entertains a guest named Patty. Susan is clearly not liking this situation, especially when their guest starts asking questions like where they met. Peter tries to lure Patty outside so he can tell her what is really going on and maybe get help from her.

Episode 02.17: Bad Blood

In Chicago, Michael and Sara seek out Pope after their first attempt to get at the evidence in Gov. Sara’s cigar-club humidor is thwarted. In Minneapolis, Mahone closes in on C-Note and an ailing Dede. In Mexico, Sucre must hitchhike to his rendezvous with Maricruz at the Ixtapa airport after running out of gas. He gets a ride easily enough—with an airport security guard. T-Bag is at the Alabama home where he grew up. In the flashbacks set 30 years back, T-Bag’s father drinks with two of his buddies while T-Bag is playing with a GI Joe. The two friends make fun of Old Man Bagwell’s IQ. The conversation shifts about T-Bag and the old man claims the boy was adopted. To prove his point, he has his son recite ten synonyms for a word chosen by one of the buddies.
Episode 02.18: Wash
Aired: February 26, 2007
T-Bag meets with psychiatrist Eric Stammel. Of course, T-Bag has an evil plan in the back of his mind, especially since Stammel and he look a bit alike. After pouring his heart out to the shrink, T-Bag gets to business so he can “play doctor.” Michael and Lincoln meet with a man who supposedly knew their father. The man claims he wants to help them get a tape to a judge. Michael grills the man a bit to ensure he is the real thing… Later, Sara tries to locate the brothers… Kellerman visits his sister Kristine who works for a Greenpeace-type organization. They talk about their lovely family.

Episode 02.19: Sweet Caroline
Aired: March 5, 2007
In Chicago, Michael has an encounter with President Reynolds (Patricia Wettig), and Sara has one with Mahone while C-Note performs his part of the bargain with Mahone. As Kellerman prepares for an assassination, Michael is determined to confront the President and expose her secrets recorded on the audiotape. Mahone plays a tense waiting game with Sara. T-Bag’s lost luggage may prove a windfall for Bellick and Sucre. C-Note’s drastic actions leave him hanging. Lincoln hides near a warehouse, checking out some workers at work. Lincoln is interested in an old neighborhood friend: Derrick Sweeney, a dirt bag. When Derrick is alone, Lincoln goes to chat with him. Lincoln asks Derrick to hook him up with someone. Derrick eventually meets with Lincoln again and gives him three tickets… Tickets for what?

02:20: Panama
Aired: March 19, 2007
In Chicago, Michael and Linc make it out of town on a freighter bound for Panama, but Sara can’t get to the ship. She weighs sacrificing herself in order for Michael and Lincoln to set sail to freedom. The FBI works a deal with C-Note for his testimony against Mahone. In Mexico, Bellick and Sucre become unwilling partners in the hunt for T-Bag (and the $5 million). T-Bag’s reign of terror continues south of the border as Bellick forces Sucre to track down the missing money. Mahone’s actions finally catch up with him. T-Bag is in a Mexican Hotel with a woman named Chi Chi. This lady-of-the-night like woman dresses as Susan Hollander would in order to please T-Bag for the time he hired her. As expected, every time T-Bag plays, the game doesn’t end pretty!
02:21: Fin Del Camino
Aired: March 26, 2007
Michael is determined to stop T-Bag’s reign of terror. Lincoln and Mahone square off. Sucre races against time to help Bellick. Sara will eventually be captured and sent to trial for helping the guys escape. Her lawyer suggests that she accepts to serve 12 years in prison. Not helping Sara’s case is that fact that she is the only one they have in custody as Michael and Lincoln are still on the run. When Sara is about to go in the courtroom, plead guilty and go to prison for 12 years, a supposedly credible witness comes forward and is ready to spills out a LOT of beans! Will it be enough to save Sara? Kellerman decides his end game.

02:22: Sona
Aired: April 2, 2007
Michael will make it to Panama but will meet with some really bad guys. Michael is on a boat at the Caribbean docks. He is stressed and seems to be waiting for something… or some people… A 16-years-old named Chaco comes to him and offers to sell him anything from beer to drugs. At first Michael sends the kid away but later, he finds him as he needs something from the teen. Sara ends up shooting someone but Michael takes the blame. He winds up in a Mexican prison, Sona. Surprisingly Bellick and Mahone are there too. Sucre is in bad shape. He leaves the hospital, still bleeding.
