Prison Break: The Final Break Trailer
July 4, 2009 by Nikki Katz
Since we never did get a trailer for Prison Break: The Final Break, I found this amazing fan made trailer that works just as well!
In Prison Break: The Final Break, the federal government can’t touch Michael Scofield, so they’re going after the woman he loves. When Sara is arrested for murder, only Michael can rescue her — and their unborn child — from an impenetrable women’s prison. With a price on Sara’s head and time running out, Michael must rely on his deadliest enemies to help attempt the most daring breakout ever.
It is out on DVD on July 21st!
Lincoln and Veronica or Lincoln and Sofia?
June 28, 2009 by Nikki Katz
Lincoln Burrows was attached to two very different women in this series - Veronica and Sofia. Who do you like better?
In Prison Break Season 1 we’re first introduced to Veronica Donovan as Lincoln’s ex-girlfriend. Veronica and Lincoln dated while they were in high school and Veronica became good friends with Michael.
Veronica then moved from Chicago to attend the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she received a B.A. in political science. After receiving her Juris Doctor from Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas, she moved back to Chicago and worked as a real estate lawyer at Bianchi and Guthrie.
Her relationship with Lincoln did not last long and both of them separated.
In Prison Break Season 3 Lincoln met Sofia Lugo while trying to get his brother out of SONA. At the time they meet Sofia is the girlfriend of James Whistler. She attempts to get him out of prison and works side by side with Lincoln. Their relationship grows closer and she learns more and more about Whistler and the truth behind his lies.
In the season finale Sofia decided to break up with Whistler, when she realizes that she could no longer trust him. As Michael leaves to find Whistler, Lincoln and LJ decided to stay back to take care of Sofia.
In Prison Break Season 4, Sofia is held captive by Company agents but is released unharmed by the General after Sucre and C-Note apprehend him. Four years later, she is shown to be romantically involved with Lincoln.
Who do you think was a better match for Lincoln?

Why Does Michael Want the Insulin Shots?
June 12, 2009 by Nikki Katz
In The Pilot [Episode 1.01], Michael Scofield goes to the infirmary introduce himself to Dr. Sara Tancredi. He claims to have Type 1 diabetes so she gives him an insulin shot.
On Michael’s second visit, Sara notices his abnormally low glucose level and tells him that he is reacting to the insulin as if he is not diabetic. She then says that on his next visit, she would like to run a test.

To keep up his bluff, Michael approaches C-Note.
C-Note: What you need, man?
Michael: PUGNAC.
C-Note: I only speak English, white boy.
Michael: It’s an insulin blocker, standard over the counter variety, you can get at any pharmacy.
C-Note: You can get it at medical then.
Michael: I can’t get it at medical.
C-Note: Why not?
Michael: Because they’re already giving me insulin shots.
What I wonder is, why did he go along with this whole charade? Wasn’t there something else he could have faked to see Sara on a regular basis? What would you have done?

Prison Break: The Final Break Recap
May 25, 2009 by Nikki Katz
Thanks to David G. for his recap:
Last week, we saw the explosive two-hour series finale of Prison Break. This week, we were treated with another Prison Break two hour special. Called “Prison Break: The Final Break.” The story started off with Sara getting hauled off to prison after she was finally married to Michael. She was arrested for murdering Christina. That’s where the story starts to feel more like Prison Break’s former spin-off show, Cherry Hill.
At the female-penitentiary, we are greeted by new characters. A few of the characters resembled a female version of T-Bag, named “Daddy” and of course Bellick, back when he was the king of Fox River. We also learn that our old friend, Gretchen was sharing the same prison.
Across the yard was the men’s side of the prison. In that side, T-Bag and General Cranst were currently residing in. Almost immediately they received word of Sara’s capture, and because the General was such a bitter old man, he put out a hit on Sara’s life. Apparently Gretchen was the General’s inside ‘man’ inside the other prison.

Recap
Thanks to David G. for his recap:
Here it is, ladies and gentlemen, the moment you and I have all been waiting for. The two hour series finale for Prison Break. I hope they settle everything nicely.
Last week, Christina proved she was a terrible mother by shooting Lincoln in the stomach. Needless to say, Michael was not very happy. So he called her up, and told her he’d give her Scylla as long as Lincoln was taken care of.
The General was busy telling Sara how much has changed just because she left the infirmary door open in season 1. How does he know about that? When the General asked T-Bag to escort Sara out, T-Bag shuffled up to her and asked her to grab his pocket. Nice, two season 1 references in the first five minutes. In Chicago, we see Sucre being followed by someone unseen. Perhaps C-Note?

Spoiler
More spoilers creeping in - but most of them still as vague as before!
Kristin with E!Online gives us a couple more thoughts…
- There’s actually more than one male who dies, and more than two females are taken hostage. But the real tease is here: We do meet Michael Jr. before the two hours are up.
- As Michael and Sara fans, we literally cried tears of joy at the present-day ending of Prison Break. The future ending of Prison Break, on the other hand, brought a different kind of tears. There’s quite some time between the present and future endings, so technically, Michael and Sara do have a happy ending.
I’m still not liking the sound of this.
