Southland Canceled!

October 9, 2009 by Nikki Katz

NUP_136537_0285.jpgAccording to Hollywood Reporter, Southland has been canceled before Season 2 even began!

Production on the John Wells-produced cop series is being shut down after six episodes.

“Southland,” from Warner Bros. TV, was originally slated to debut in its new Friday 9 p.m. time slot during premiere week, but in August, NBC opted to push the start to Oct. 23 and air “Dateline NBC” in the meantime.

It is not clear when the six produced new episodes of “Southland” will air. I hope so, I want to see Amaury!

Hey Nikki, not sure where to submit this, but in the series premiere of Flash Forward, the main character spends some time standing and pacing in front of a wall of newspaper clippings, hand written notes, schematics, etc.

Then as he recalls these memories at later time, it flashes back to the same scene, honing in on one or two relevant details.

It’s hard to put into writing, but if you watch the scene, it’s a direct reference to Michael’s apartment wall pre-bank robbery. It’d be a nice thing to put on the main page…I’m not sure how to get a screenshot of the episode.
