William Fichtner in New Show ‘Night and Day’
William Fichtner has been tapped for the lead role in TNT’s drama pilot Night and Day. William doesn’t have a deal with Prison Break beyond Season 4, so I guess it makes sense. As of right now there are no plans to kill off his character, but there are also no plans for a Season 5!
Anyway, the new project is written and executive produced by 24 co-creator Joel Surnow and Todd Robinson. Night and Day is supposed to be a fast-paced, gritty drama about the life of Dan Hollister [Fichtner], an agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms who works for a special threat intervention task force.

hopefully this is the last season because we need to know the end game 4 all the characters this is what i think will happen if season 4 is the last season micheal will die of a brain tumor linc will live mahone will also live and will kill wyat sarah will live but she will be gutted cuz micheal will be dead t bag will go bk 2 jail and might get the chair sucre will live and have a family bellick will die b4 the half way point in the season gretchin will die at the end of this season. and kellerman will make a return should they go ahead with a spin off what does everyone els think will happen

the hero will not die..i mean cause we watched pb from season 1 and just to see michael’ll die? i hope the writers realize that they should keep the main character stay alive//

I don’t want PB to end either!
But if this season is the last, I don’t think they’ll kill Micheal! They’ve told us way too much about his illness beforehand. When they killed off other characters, they didn’t go ranting about their deaths beforehand, did they?? I think they are just making it look like Micheal’s gonna die but in the end Lincoln will die instead!!
btw it will be a TERRIBLE mistake if they kill Micheal by any chance!! :(

NO series, I mean, no diss-respect towards Bill, he IS 1 of my fave-PB characters, next to Kellerman and Michael, and I DO think he deserves this own show, but I am more of a ‘film-person’ than I am, looking forward to ‘new series’, if you can follow me… I TOTALLY <3 him in “The Dark Knight”, for instance!!! He really stole the movie, even though it was a quite small role …

This will be fine to see… William is an excellent actor. I was surprised to see him into “The Dark Knight” as bank manager…its gonna be interesting..

This isn’t the best-informed article…
Here it is: William HAS been cast in this series, which has been green-lit. “Night & Day” takes second position to “Prison Break”, and if (God forbid) both PB and Mahone are slated to return for a fifth season (plz God no), the role of Dan Hollister will be re-cast.
And now I *really* want Prison Break to die by the end of its fourth season. William deserves his own (good) show.

Let him have his happy ending like C-Note did in Season 2 and Luis in Season 3!

I really hope that Mahone does not get killed off the show he has been a great assest to prison break. So far into season 5 Mahone has been a great helping hand to the team. I hope that he does not leave I have come to love Mahone and understand his ways now. But if he does leave I wish him nothing but the best and I will watch his new show if it does happen.

hello…. haven’t you guys learned anything?? The writers have been toying with Michael’s life since Season 1, period. Oh what… they never go through with it… oh… ok… so wait… they’re not going to kill him off?? Oh that’s right, they’re not.
You guys, I’ll admit, everytime they even barely graze the idea of Killing Michael, some part of me BELIEVED they were going to. But they never have (obviously). C’mon.. They’re the brothers.. they cannot die. Personally I think the only ones who COULD actually die this season are:
Mahone (NOOO!!)
Bellick (tragic)
Roland (oh well)
T-Bag (NOOO!!)
Gretchen (eh)
Wyatt (he’d better DIE!!)
Don Self (????)
The General (????)
That Asian, Mr. Feng (????)
Whistler (lasted about five minutes before he bit it.)
Maybe this will give you some relief, the only ones who have ‘immunity’ are:
Michael, Lincoln, Sara, Sucre (gets shot though) and that’s it I think..

I’m going to watch his new show, I like the directors from ‘24′ as well, so this should be pretty interesting. Hopefully better than ‘The Unit’.
