It seems that FOX might be blaming the recent drop Prison Break ratings on the Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. And due to that, they may actually pull the plug on Terminator.

According to SyFy Portal, “The network has been disappointed by “Sarah Connor’s” numbers so far this season, and some executives feel that the show is dragging down numbers for “Prison Break,” which airs as a lead-out.”

A source for the site says that production will likely stop on the Terminator series and they might even toss out some existing episodes. “They don’t want to lose ‘Prison Break,’ so there could be some schedule shuffling in the future.”

Prison Break – Recap!

We left our group last week as they successfully copied the 3rd card after breaking into an office hacking a hole in the wall, using explosives, vacuums and oddly placed stains. Michel bled again, said Sara’s name and Wyatt was close on their trail.

This week we start with Sara riding up an escalator wearing a low cut top (her boobs look a lot bigger then they did previously) We see Michael wearing a hideous fisherman hat. At the racetrack we see Bellick causing a diversion so Linc can go get friendly with some horses. Mahone and Michael sneak into an office to leave the device as Sara distracts the guard with her new boobs. (where is the scar on her back? we see it in the preview for the Vegas episode but not here?)

Back to the action at the track Michael rigs the gate on a certain horse to not open causing MAJOR uproar and causing a certain person whom holds the card to go into the office to demand to know what happened… thus the card copying can begin.

Last week on Prison Break, the gang set out to find the third computer card. Gretchen escaped her prison after smelling what could only be described as “The smell of death.” Lastly, the General found out that Don Self has been looking into him. On with this weeks episode!

We kick off tonight’s episode with a bang! The whole gang were in progress of what looked like a very elaborate plan to snatch the next piece of Scylla. The entire beginning segment of the episode never stopped it’s action, very exciting. To make a long story short, the gang were at a horse racing derby, and their plan was to get to the manager’s office to plant Roland’s device.

T-Bag sits in a chair. “The last time a pretty little filly like yourself knocked me senseless and tied me to a chair, I had to pay for it.” Gretchen says that he still might. “That book was a gift,” T-Bag tells her.

Gretchen tells T-Bag that he has five seconds to tell her something that she doesn’t already know. T-Bag tells her that he used the book to get to San Diego, get into the locker, and Scylla. Gretchen asks what he knows about Scylla. T-Bag says that he is holding the keys and without him the Bird Book is nothing. Gretchen takes the knife and threatens him, saying that she is going to get to Scylla with him or through him. Interesting to see T-Bag get threatened!

Thoughts & Rating

Time to share your thoughts on Episode 4.06! Wow. Gretchen has a heart somewhere inside that ice cold body of hers. Who would have thought!?!? I am actually starting to like her character in that sick and twisted way that I love T-Bag. And speaking of T-Bag… did he seriously think he could just go into GATE every day and stare at the bird book? Why didn’t he just work from home?!?

I felt strangely like Michael wasn’t in this episode very much. Every time he talked, I was like “oh! there he is!” And of course I LOVE LOVE LOVED that they broke Mahone out. Even though I couldn’t figure out how Sara and Sucre got all the way across the room to get Mahone before Wyatt coud blink.

But all in all a good episode and I’m looking forward to next week!

Michael, Lincoln, Mahone, Sara, and Sucre stand around a map. Sucre doesn’t want to trust Gretchen and T-Bag. Michael says that they are taking precautions. “One way or another, she’s going to get us to Don Self. Right now, that’s all that matters.”

• Gretchen hides out at her sister Rita’s place. Also living there is Gretchen’s 5 yr old daughter, who believes Rita is her mother. The gang gets up to some tomfoolery at a horse race.
