William Fichtner Amazed With PBS4
William Fichtner says that the show may take a leap forward, but it’s still the same characters and that’s what works about the show. “The writers wrote really cool characters,” he says.
When William read the script for Episode 4.01 he marveled that they were able to “put everybody in a place where you understand what the future is in one show.”
All he asks the writers on the show is to make it challenging - the drug addict and missing his wife. “I love what they give me,” he says.

Yeah well i agree with you on that William, the fact that Mahone is a drug addict and missing his wife.
I heard that in one of the episodes of S4, Mahone’s family will be observed into with detail as if there’s some mystery we don’t know. So i’m looking forward to that.

oooo so exciting!!! Hope they don’t kill off mahone, he’s such a wicked character! I knew during season 2 he would end up helping them in the end, there was always something about him, he felt guilt! Showed he was human, & not a killing machine with no remorse!

Mahone is definately one of the best actors on Prison Break. His work is amazing.
Also i don’t want Mahone to die.

Who’s your favourite character on the show?
In my opinion, after Michael (Went), Alex is the next best character.
William Fichtner is perfect for the role.
He was the saving grace for an otherwise slightly boring Season 2.
I admit I hate him at first since he’s on par with Michael in terms of intelligence.
However as the season progressed, I started to root for him as well LOL…
Especially after what The Company did to Cameron when he refused to get involved with them.
I’m with T and Tom, I don’t want him to die and I hope he gets a happy ending as well :)

Alex Mahone is one of my favourite characters. There’s something big about this guy. I hope this character won’t be killed. In fact, I hope nobody’s gonna be killed, not even T-Bag!
