The official summary from Fox:
After engineering an escape from the hellish Panamanian prison Sona, brothers Michael Scofield and Lincoln Burrows are determined to seek justice against The Company, the shadowy group responsible for destroying their lives and killing the woman Michael loves, Dr. Sara Tancredi. During their quest for vengeance, Michael’s world is turned upside down when he learns that Sara is still alive. Realizing the only way they will truly be free, Michael and Lincoln avenge to find Sara and take down The Company. With the help of a government handler, they assemble a group of allies and familiar faces including Mahone, Sucre and Bellick to aid in their seemingly impossible task. Unfortunately for the brothers, they must also enlist T-Bag, who unknowingly possesses a vital clue to help them pull off their most difficult challenge yet. They’ll soon discover the only thing harder than breaking out is breaking in.

I think it’s gonna get a bit cheesy when Mike finds out that sara is not dead but everything else is exciting.

I hope Sarah is not dead, Micheal deserves happiness, finally. Linc also deserves happiness I hope he gets a girl too. It is going to be fun to watch Mahone and t-bag in action! I can’t wait does anyone know when season 4 is starting up again, I hope it is not in January 2009 because that is going to be a long wait!

Ok, I’m excited about it, but this seems like Michael and Sara will not be together a lot and that is what we really need…and to see Michael in some short sleeve shirts:) Can’t wait, I wonder if the get everyone else out of sona

Wow, this sounds exciting. I am a little concerned that it sounds like Michael and Sara will not be together very much. That is what we all want…and to see Michael without his shirt on…it is hot there:)

YES! I read this on Fox’s site last night. It’s SO awesome. I’m so excited now!
It sounds like their all working together. Finally! Oh, it’s like a dream come true… And Mahone’s part of the “Good Guys” team… Excellent. I love Mahone.
I’m glad Sara’s back, but I don’t want it ALL to be about her and Michael. And it doesn’t sound like it is. What with the taking down of the Company and all. But really, how much help is Bellick going to be? Or even Sucre, who is so non-violent. What’s he going to do, distract them with his cuteness? Actually, that might be an effective strategy. They should go with that.
Can’t wait ’til S4!

remember that the writer’s said they’d start the show a month a head of where we last saw them and we’d have to figure what happened in between. So hopefully Michael and Sara are together already, or get together real soon, and have lots of screen time together.

It sounds like when we saw Mahone make his deal with Whistler in the S3 finale, that he’s doing so in order to take the Company down from within…let’s not forget they tried to kill his son and I don’t think for a second he’d want to work for them.
What intrigues me is that T-Bag, Bellick and Sucre seem to be OUT of Sona in the premiere, I hope we find out why that is cos that’s a bloody big jump from where they were in the S3 finale, and I can’t see any of them really being able to orchestrate a prison break from that place.
Can’t wait for the start of S4!

I’m sure the ratings will go up now that Sara is back… I have not watched since they found her head… I was vested in the love story (girl in me), so I will be back now… Can’t wait!

Hi Trish, I hear ya. Many of us were into the love story.. it became a big part of the show. I think the ratings will go up, not only because sara is back, but because it actually sounds, and probably will be, much more intriging than season 3. I love that they will finaly be taking down the company!

The Sopranos was an OK show. About half of the time it was just mindless chit-chat & eating that had nothing to do with the main plot. Prison Break is more intriguing and past paced, plus most of the script is pertinent to the plot. I really hope Theodore has his opportunity for redemption in this upcoming season. Does anyone out there think that they have scripted Bellick to be a disposable character? And lastly, does anyone hope to unearth how Micheal maintained his facial hair growth in Sona all of those days? A hidden razor perhaps or maybe some early morning appointments with Pistachio. Just kidding.

yes juan i agree with you bellick is a disposable character but it’s funny season 3 made me like him…
so i hope he’s not going away. he’s a good balance between good an evil, thoughfull and greedy, sweet and brutal… i like the face of the actor, he’s very expressive !
as fas as michael’s facial hair, yeah as i like went ( and dom) with more hair, i thought about it too .
come on prison break people let’s them grow hair ;) they’re not convicts anymore…
but do they need to be more handsome than they already are ?

I agree with every single one of you who wants Sofia Lugo out of the equation! She’s such a disposable character isn’t she? I hate her. Prison Break is about strong characters and I don’t see her as being one of them. I would have liked LJ to stay as a regular.

I think maybe Sofia and Bellick should leave. I never liked Susan..so it would be ok if she left. And I am the biggest Kellerman fan, so I think they should bring him back.

This would be pretty cliche’d, but it’d be more believable then an Abruzzi return:
Abruzzi’s first born son (roughly 22 or so) shows up and blames Michael for his father’s murder. It would be very much a reflection of the Abruzzi Michael knew in the first season, before his rebirth.

I really love the sound of season 4… all but the fact that T-Bag is going to get out. even though it’s just a show…why would the world be better with people like T-Bag on the street? It doesn’t sound good to me. But on the other hand…michel and sara getting back together sounds awesome… weird seeing as she should have been killed… but awesome. I can’t wait to see how they peice that one together.

i think there is no way for them to be out from prison as the TITLE itself PRISON means that in all the seasons of this story , it will always be all about escaping from the prison, so in other words there is no end for their escaping and prisonment. IF they will be set free in the story , I believe the TITLE PRISON BREAK could not be match anymore between the story and TITLE if that is the case. Am I RIGHT? hehehe

Holy crap I can’t wait for Prison Break Season 4!! It sounds like its gonna be really interesting plot wise and the best of all, Michael and Sara will be together again!! Of course I’m excited to see the other characters too :) mahone, lincoln, sucre……love them all!

The show neva lost its touch in me opinion, sara’s absence was a plot 2 keep us in contact and nt outta touch wit PB in fact it was fascinating and i cudnt wait 4 season 4 and i cant still wait 4 it cuz i wantd 2 c ow Michael waz gonna cope, so you’ll keep me updatd cuz im goin 2 paint me town red, Sara’s in d house! ! !
