Nevermind

Lincoln is looking through the bird book. We see footsteps going up the stairs and walking down the hallway. It’s a man with black leather gloves. He stands outside Lincoln’s hotel room and slides an envelope under the door. Lincoln looks outside but sees nobody. Inside the envelope are two snapshots of LJ and Sara.

A sweaty, teary, Sucre walks in the door. He and Lincoln start arguing. Sucre is upset that he wasn’t exonerated. He says that he feels like nothing is going to help, that things keep getting deeper and deeper. “Nevermind,” he says and walks away.

No Favors

More fighting in the prison. Lechero’s men win. Bellick runs up and tries to get the shoes from the dead guy.

Michael attempts to talk to Lechero. “I just want to express my thanks for Whistler.” He then says he’d like to make some kind of arrangement, help out around Sona. T-Bag tries to overhear but Lechero sends him on his way. Lechero tells him that they do NOT have an understanding and Michael should not be coming in, asking for favors.

Michael and Lincoln meet up at the fence again.

“That bad?” Lincoln asks.

“It’s not good,” Michael replies.

Lincoln mentions the bird book and shows him the picture. “Oh my God,” Michael says. She’s pointing at the paper, at Santa Rita, a small town nearby. “She’s trying to tell us where she is,” Michael says. He’s visibly upset… He says that if he can’t break Whistler out of the prison, Lincoln’s going to have to break them out of where they are. Lincoln’s head snaps up. I don’t think he likes that plan!

Michael confronts Whistler saying that it’s time he learns who he is. They banter about trust.

It’s All About the Cell Phone

Michael meanders over to McGrady and says he needs to get his hands on a phone. Meanwhile Lincoln tells Susan B. that Michael needs to talk to Sarah. Susan B. responds, telling Lincoln he has a better chance of banging her on that bar over there than getting Sarah. “Thanks for the offer, but I think I’ll pass,” Lincoln retorts. “You want him to fetch, throw him a bone.”

McGrady says all the phone lines are gone. There’s one cell phone, but guess who has it… Our good friend Lechero!

Someone hands Lechero an envelope and says stuff is moving a little slower on the outside. Lechero ain’t too happy about that.

Whistler and Sofia chat at the prison breaks. She tells him that a guy took the book. Whistler isn’t happy, especially when she tells him that Scofield’s brother has it now. They touch fingers through the gate. Whistler tells her trust him, to do nothing. As Sofia signs out, she catches a glimpse of Lincoln’s signature and location.

Michael hangs around outside of Lechero’s abode. He starts shaking and holds out a bottle of pills. Pretending to be going through withdrawals I assume! Meanwhile Mahone really is going through withdrawals, wandering through Sona unable to focus on much of anything.

Michael keeps seeing the picture of Sara in his mind. He’s getting pretty frustrated! He stops T-Bag… “I think it’s time you made good on all the bad you’ve done Theodore,” he says. [I really like all this Theodore business! No more T-Bag in Sona… ] Michael threatens to disclose T-Bag’s past unless he helps him get Lechero’s cell phone. Conveniently enough T-Bag has scheduled a barber to shave Lechero that afternoon.

What Really Matters

Whistler confronts Michael about the bird book. He says it shouldn’t matter to him since it doesn’t contain any plans to get out of the prison. Michael says that some very bad people who have done some very bad things want him out of the prison, so every bone in his body says to do the opposite. He then shows Whistler the picture of Sara, saying that’s what matters to him - not some book.

Lechero’s cousin Augusto calls him on the cell phone. Except Lechero’s not too happy about business. And then his battery dies. T-Bag looks the other way as Lechero plugs in the phone and walks away.

Mahone stands at the gates of Sona. His public defender shows up, says they got him a trial date. June 13th of next year. Only 51 weeks away. Mahone starts to freak out and says that he needs his special meds. “It would be good for everyone,” he says. “Is that a threat,” the public defender asks. Mahone grabs the fence and gets his feet shot at by the guards!!

T-Bag sends Lechero to get his hair cut, leaving his phone to charge. T-Bag grabs it and does a hand off to Michael. He calls Lincoln, who says that Susan B. hasn’t even agreed to the call. “I only have 25 minutes,” Michael says. Then it’s 23 minutes. Yet only a couple seconds passed!!

Bellick goes begging for the other shoe. Pistachio has it. Pistachio also wears his shirt tied in a knot and some lipstick! It seems that Bellick starts sexing him up, but I’m curious to know where this is going! Pistachio wanders off to shave Lechero’s head.

Sara Gives Directions

The phone rings. It’s Sara. We see her back [No Sarah Wayne Callies here!]. Michael tries to get her to talk. “It’s a lost cause,” she says. “LJ and I can see it now. It’s a lost cause. Do you understand?” She also mentions 3:00 and midnight. Michael says he doesn’t understand. A gun is pointed at her head and she says she has to go. They both say they love each other and hang up. Michael calls Lincoln and says that they are not in Santa Rita. They could see Santa Rita and maybe they are near a clock.

Michael and Lechero head to his den at exactly the same time. Michael puts back the phone just as T-Bag arrives and attempts to stall Lechero. Michael bolts while T-Bag analyzes Lechero’s shave. Lechero approaches the cell phone and realizes that it’s not sitting properly in the cradle. He calls Lincoln. Lincoln picks up but doesn’t answer. “Who is this?” Lechero asks. Lincoln hangs up. “Find out everything you cna about this number,” Lechero says.

Sofia puts a knife to Lincoln’s back and says she wants to know what’s going on. “We’re not on the same team,” she said. Lincoln says that he’s one of the guys who are going to break Whistler out. Sofia says that no, he has a lawyer. Lincoln tells her to go talk to him.

Lincoln gets in a taxi and says he needs to go to the Lady of the Lost Causes. We find out that it’s the red light district.

Whistler visits Mahone to make sure that there are no grudges between the two of them. Whistler realizes Mahone is the cop. He asks if Michael is dangerous, wants to know what he’s all about. Mahone divulges that Michael will do anything for the people he cares about, and screw the people he doesn’t.

Lincoln stops at the statue and is hit on by all the ladies. Now he just needs to find a damn clock! He even shows pictures of LJ and Sara. Lincoln bends down near the statue. He contemplates what Michael told him. “It was like they were sitting at 3:00…” he realizes that it’s the direction she is in. He looks up and a window shatters outward from a building right in front of him.

“Sara.”

Too Late

Lincoln beats the crap out of a guy and runs into the building. A guy has LJ by the neck. Lincoln fights with a bunch of guys. The men throw LJ into a van and drive away. Lincoln runs after them, shouting LJ. The van is gone. No sign of Sara...
