Sarah Wayne Callies Will be Back!
Correction:
SpoilerFix recently stated that the “Sara” being cast is only being cast as a temporary lookalike to Sarah Wayne Callies for the purposes of the episodes leading up through Ep.03×03. As seen in the comments below, Nick Santora says:
I had been asked by some fans if, through Season 3, Dr. Tancredi was going to be played by a different actress and I said “No” - and I’ll say it again - I can assure the fans that they won’t be subject to seeing Dr. Tancredi, running through the streets of Panama or the US or wherever played by a totally different actress. That is ridiculous and will NOT happen.
So I can assume that Sarah Wayne Callies is NOT leaving the show.

I can’t get enough of the relationship between Michael and Sara. If SWC decided not to come back(please don’t decide that!) it would be very hard to like any replacement. But would she really just leave? Congrats to her on her new baby girl and all but I still want her to come back and be Michael’s Sara!!

Dang I hope they don’t kill her, I would prefer the disappearence too, if neccesary. But if we the fans can’t even live without Sara, imagine what would happen to Michael without her! Well, let’s just hope all these ‘rumors’ get resolved soon and we get a real answer. And let’s also hope that answer is that SWC won’t be leaving at all! *fingers crossed*

I just watched the 10.01.07 episode…the “box” appears to be the perfect size for a head to me! And there’s the blood on the bottom of it and on the floor. Before the box was shown, I was guessing a finger…now I’m not so sure. Could we be saying good-bye to Dr. Sara Tancredie?

I’m thinking that since Sara threw her show out the window that it’s her bare foot in the box. At least, I hope it’s only her foot!! But maybe if it’s her head then it’ll only be a fake death until SWC really comes back and Linc will just lie to Michael about it which will cause the ‘rift’ between the brothers, which has been said will happen. Only time will tell, for now, let’s just try and enjoy the crazy roller coaster Prison Break has us all on!!!

Okay, so we know that the writers have explicitly said that nothing other than a body-double will be played by SWC. This could mean one of two things. First, it could mean that we will soon see the REAL sara on PB. or second, it could be that sara’s body double will be killed in some mysterious way that could only be drempt up by the PB writers. Of course, this would means that it would not be necessary for the viewers to ever see the REAL sara again! And, on this site, we have seen a supposed dialogue from a future episode wherin Linc concedes to us, the viewer, that Sara is no longer alive. *But then again, we have also seen postings saying that SWC wants to be on PB and any decision to the contrary would come from the show’s producers. If this is the case, then the future for SWC would seemingly be bright because I cannot see why the show’s producers would want to end such a successful character arc as the relationship between Michael and Sara. In the long-run, what reason would there be for Michael to continue AFTER breaking out of Sona? In my opinion, this is yet another method that the show has employed to keep us guessing on the storyline. My guess is that the REAL sara will be back!

Come on guys all this speculation surely the writers of PB or someone connected to SWC should put us out of are misery!! And as TY said what would there be for Michael to do after he breaks out of Sona come on PB give us a clue. Does anyone know how far on the show is in America?? EP 3 airs on Sky One on Monday nite and so far we have only heard SWC name not even seen the body double yet.

CRAIGY, in the episode with the body double we do not even see her face. Instead we just see the back of her head while she is talking on the phone to michael. So I guess you could say that they only found someone with HAIR that looked like her’s. The only hint that this seems to give regarding sara’s future on the show is that the writers have yet to rule ANYTHING out!

i am very disappointed that it was saras head in the box i think its time for the people behid prison break to come online and expliain to the fans why they have done this!! surely they knew all along that this was what was going to happen as it has happened so early on in the season. i am now going to have to reconsider wether i am goin to contuine to watch the show SWC dead is a big loss to the show and her many many fans SO COME ON PB EXPLAIN YOURSELVES!!!!!!!!!

This is a message from someone from the Netherlands. I was highly dissapointed how they disregarded Sara in the prisonbreak show. I mean they worked up to building up her character to what it was the end of season 2. It sucks that they werent more original in ‘writing her off’. A stolen plot from Se7en?. It was best if PB stopped after season 2. Now its just no longer PB. I wont follow it anymore and with me I’m sure many previous fans.

I am having a REALLY hard time dealing with this whole thing. Sara’s dead. And Linc didn’t tell Michael about it, yet. What’s gonna happen to Michael when he finds out? I nearly burst into tears just thinking about the episode when he finds out! I think I’m still in a state of denial that SWC isn’t coming back. And I am very dissappointed that the writers killed her off extremely quickly and in such a brutal way. I thought they would have more respect for the Michael and Sara relationship. Now what are we supposed to do? I don’t think I can watch PB the same again without MiSa, and I know I’m not alone in that statement.

I could care less if they kill off Michael I already pulled PB off of my DVR record list because of Sara. The loss of Sara is a devastating blow to PB and hope it goes off air now. As far as I am concerned Top Chef on food network would be better than this is now.

Lets hope the writers have a very good excuse for killing off sara as there is alot of very unhappy fans out there and i fear alot of them may stop watching the show!! I think the best thing they can do is to try and persuade SWC to come back for the second half of season 3 and make it out that the company lied to linc and it was not really sara head ( well i am hoping that is what they do i cannot get over the fact that sara will not be on the show anymore her and michael are my favourite cast members ) Come on PB redeem urselves and get SWC back for all us loving fans.

After ep. 4 prison break is not the same for me anymore. It doesn’t make me happy. They must bring Sara back or I am afraid the show will lose too many viewers. I myself will probably watch another 2-3 episodes out of curiosity but if they don’t bring her back the show is ruined for me.

They think they will get away with it. I’m telling this to the writers - It is so profoundly insulting to the majority of the viewers and fans of Prison Break to do this to Sara Tancredi character. It ruined what could have been the best series ever. Now it’s just another cheap soap, and it’s turning into a really disgusting one. Will anything good happen in this show ever? Will any of the characters survive? It’s so depressing.

I’m quite shocked at the lack of imagination by the writers. Either that, or they’re simply ratings-whores. Chop of the head of a well-loved character. Please. Sara is dead. Its hard to come back from being a head in a box. This could in the writers eyes be an idea that would further the show after Sona. Lets face it when micheal gets out of sona him and sara would “dissapear into the sunset”. With the death of sara this gives michael a good reason to keep fighting where there would be none otherwise. Yeah it sucks but they have killed off a lot of the chars i really liked and the show goes on.

yeah, i agree with KONVICT. Who the hell cares if you stop watch Prison break? You’re the only one who looses on it when it comes up to it. Everyone who keeps on watching still gets to see all great stuff that’s in the show. Even if I also dont like that they killed sara (sources also tells me they only pretended she was dead, that it was someone elses head and she’ll return later up in the season) i’m not going around crying about it and try to make it undone all days long. You dont have the power in this, just trust that the ones working with the show makes the right choises and that the show still’ll be as great as it have been this far. ‘cos No one cares if you watch or not. It’s just so silly to write “omg, everything is ruined, sara died, she’s all that matters, i wont watch anymore if she doesn’t come back” It’s silly and wont lead to anything good. It might just lead to that the Pb working people gets tired of it and quits the show, orfourse it you’re not gonna watch it anymore, why’d you care? Prisonbreak is the best show ever, dont destroy it by complaining all the time about something you cannot change!

Sarah’s chances of coming back are looking pretty slim………. she was a good character and tons of people loved her, but the show is still dope without her…….a 2 hour event which is supposed to be two of the best prison breaks ever are in two days! shit im not losin any sleep over Sarah…. dont think any loyal fans like me should either………Stick around people Prison break is still the best show ever!!!!!! another escape is in the worrrrrrrksss!!!!!!!

It would be totally amazing if Sara really was alive like PB team claims, but to be honest, after everything that’s happened with Sara Tancredi and SWC, it’s kinda hard to believe that she can come back at this point (even though a part of me still believes it could happen!) But if you are telling the truth PB team, is there anything else you can tell us about other episodes? Since the rest of us have to wait til January!

i thought sara was still alive after the episode tonight when they showed upcoming episodes. when they show michael and susan alone together and he asks if she’s the one who killed sara…i don’t know it looked like (to me) she was going to tell him she’s still alive. It was her look. It looked like she had something important to say and confess. Not that she’s dead but that she’s alive.

@craigy: molly is supposed to be a character that will be introduced later this season… No details are known yet, and I don’t think that the actress who is supposed to play her has even been cast yet. The producers are planning for a PB spin-off called “PB: Cherry Hill” with this particular character playing the lead role. We’re at ep 8 along with the US… No sign of Sara :D

PB isn’t Sara Tancredi, but she was (or is) a big part of it. In seasons 1 ja 2 you just wait to see Sara and Michael together, and suddenly they took away The Love story of the show. What is the point?
They must have known how dissapointment all fans will be, when they decided to kill Sara.
I really hope that this is just some trick to get more viewers. I can’t see it doing any good to the show, because she was so big part of everything.
And just thinking how would Michael survive about this? He wouldn’t.
The Company did set up Steadman’s dead, so why not Sara’s too?
Maybe there in the box was just a fake head. They did make Steadman’s fake body.
But killing her… She was the only women (ok, Veronica too) who had a big role in this show. Now there isn’t anyone like her. She was one of the main characters of the show like Michael and Lincoln(and Sucre :) ).
But if they really did kill Sara, why just don’t kill Michael ja Lincoln too!
Then it is a perfect show… Or at last in last episode of BP kill Michael too…blah…

I cant see linc dieing and 2 the people out there saying “id be verry happy if this happend ” f**k you how would micheal feel if linc died i have a brother and a long term girlfreind i love them both diffrently and dearly and i would take my brothers side every time because blood is thicker than water the whole point of the story is the two brothers and what they do 4 each other swc simpley opend the door to let micheal escape and had the key to the tape wich was in the end about as much help as one leg man in a ass kicking contest.

Well my hopes are all dead now :-( LJ confirm it, he was there. So i don’t think there’s any way they can explain a possible coming back for her after that. Well, i’m set now, i’ll stop wasting my time to watch this show on monday evening and do something more interesting. GOD i want my show back. This crap is not PB. :-(((((((((((( Pretend this season never happen and fix it. Do it all over again. I’m so angry that they came with that shi** for season 3. What a good way to scrap an amazing show. Now it’s just …. nothing. Who care about Sammy and his clic. Well let just say that for me Prison Break end with the second season.

After reading the summary of season3 #9 until 13, i can not see the sign of Sara, infact i know that a girl named Molly on the show. I hope she is not the replacement of our beloved Sara. And the writer should not make this as a cheap serial

I know it’s been a while that you posted it but i wanted to know something. As far as i want this to be true i don’t understant something. You said that you’ve seen the episode at least until the 12 one and you said that Linc die but i saw some pics about the episode 13 and we see Linc really alive. Did you saw the script until episode 12 and hear about the other one by your brothers. Because i was one of the fan who was always telling the others to have faith and that Sara will be back but with the last episode it’s pretty clear to me that she’s dead for good. No fake head, LJ was there. And i know some people are saying « He closed his eyes maybe she not dead…» But i mean come on, if he had to close his eyes it was because he was in the same room right. So why you tell in your post that she will be back by episode 12 when Lj just told his dad that he heard it. I just want to be fix once and for all. And i’m really aware that your post can be some kind of joke but i want to believe it.

I am not trying to wrongly create hope in those who are in denial about Sarah (she was always my hero too), but LJ could have been threatened and forced to say what he said about hearing Sarah’s decapitation by Gretchen who is trying to create fear and dread in Linc. Either way, I call it sloppy, and obvious writing by a team of writers who dealt with the departure of SWC in a ridiculous and insensitive way.

I will love if it turn out to be true but Susan was feet away when Lj talked to his Dad and he almost whisper in his ears so i doubt Susan or Greatchen or whoever that bit** is, hear him saying this. When you ask someone to tell something you get closer enought to make sure he really do it. Just my thought. Let just say that my hopes of seeing her back in the show die last night. :-(

That’s what I think too Danielle, but it is poor writing. LJ is not telling his father something, he is trying to tell the audience something. The writers are either trying to tell us that Sara really is gone and stop bugging them with all the petitions, or they are trying to fake us out so it is more of a twist if she comes back.

It’s television - so anything is possible. It would be great to see her back on the show - but with the writers strike and not having a full season (correct me if i’m wrong), I dont know that it would be possible. I would love to see her back. So with my mixed thoughts I will stick with thinking to never say never as anything is possible.
If the writers strike comes to an end - will there be another season??

Many comments here on this site are insulting PB writers/creators. First of all I think you guys have to respect these people if you love/loved the show as much as you say you do/did. The writers know what they are doing and I think they have the sense to not do something (kill Sara) that would eventually kill the show…if she is really dead well then that’s their choice, they are the ones who created this all and I think the show is as perfect as it has always been. Michael’s reaction to her death was ‘fabulous’, a great interpretation by Wentworth and if you don’t want to continue watching the serie I think you guys will really miss a lot. I am loving it and really thinking that the writers will probably bring Sara back. If you noticed they only showed her head for like 2/3 seconds, and Link didn’t even have the courage/guts to look at it any longer, he almost just assumed it was her head cause it was female (long hair) so it couldn’t be LJ’s. And of course I also want Michael and Sara back again, it was/is a wonderful love story but we have to understand that this serie is called Prison Break therefore the main idea since the beginning was for both brothers to be out of any prisonal institution, he wouldn’t even have met Sara if he didn’t try to save his brother. So maybe the writers are trying to focus more on the brother bond and then bring Sara back in the 4th season. After all Michael said he was going after the people who did that to Sara. Maybe he will find out that she is alive. Basically what I’m trying to say is that Gretchen knew that Scofield had strong feelings for Sara so his main aim was to get out of Sona just to have her back in his arms (not forgetting LJ) but sometimes love makes us do things impulsively, he wanted to get out of there by all means necessary and that probably wouldn’t make him think well and plan everything perfectly, that’s why the first plan to get out didn’t work. It’s Michael Scofield, how the heck didn’t he think that a cloud could block the sun from ‘blinding’ the guard?? The second plan was more thinked, he didn’t feel Sara in danger anymore cause he thinks she is dead, now all he wants is revenge. So he planned everything better. And I think that Gretchen knew Michael would do things this way. She is very smart. So basicallt the idea is that Link would have his son after the exchange and Michael would try to mess up the company wanting revenge and eventually find out that sara is alive :) But of course this is just my opinion. Don’t know…probably she just is really dead but I’m not going to come her begging for the writers to put her back on the show and definetly not insulting them..they know what they are doing, better then us. But I repeat, it’s just my opinion. All the best from Portugal.

Desde 28 de Março que está escarrapachado em tudo que é site da Net que os produtores vão ressuscitar a Sara … ou melhor … assumem que a Sara não morreu, não era dela a cabeça na caixa.
E não só a Sara está viva como vai ser um dos personagens principais da 4ª temporada ! Mais … a 4ª temporada começa com “um avanço no tempo” e quando a acção se inicia a Sara e o Michael já estão juntos. Depois a história de como eles se encontraram vai ser mostrada em flasbacks.

If they can make Sara come back, the brilliant writers can make Veronica- the lawyer come back too. Put the head in the box, or put a bullet in the head, it doesn’t matter. There are so many ways to twists and turns the stories & characters.
V the lawyer’s role in season one was a dissapointing one, i love the actress playing V though. Simple equation goes like this. Michael+Sara = Lincoln+Veronica. Getz?

Alot of people stop waching it (including me)’ it was sucks when they said she is not coming back again, before it was amazin becouse all the Epesod that She (Sara) plays was cool, we dont care if she have personal problem with the Director/Producer/Editor watever, all we need is to bring her back even in the last Epesod in any last Season’ you know how you are going to do that becouse you are the one that make the Series, so please do what ever it going to take to braing Sara back in Prison Breack (S4, S5, S6,).

writers are working hard to make the show impressive, but killing sara was a really bad idea.
there ratings dropped a lot. many fans baked-out.
i know the show is awesome & season 3 is great but sara was needed there.
yeah off-course its ‘prison break’ so plot should be related to it but bro theres no problem if they show lil bit of romance. after all this show is so stressful that we need something to ease it & it was done by mike-sara chemestry.
if they had never put the plot of mike-sara, the show would have never made even season 3. they would have ended it by season 2. coz without humor and romance it would have been soo boring like watching shawshank redemption again and again(just giving example nothing to do with the plot ;) ).
how long we would have admire the plan or the conspiracy. it was sara-mike relationship which equally helped the show to keep ticking :)
( but i still feel mikes a As****e son of a b**** sara gave everything for him and what he did he left to panama :x. his bro was free, he was free. he could have found some way to rescue sara but what he does, just runaway to panama and he says ‘i love you’ :x)
