Chris Vance on Prison Break…
Chris Vance has joined Aussies Dominic Purcell and Holly Valance in Season 3 of Prison Break.
Vance’s All Saints character, Dr Chris Everleigh, was killed off last week and he’s now free to fly to Dallas to start filming Prison Break. He’ll be playing a mercurial prisoner named Whistler at a Panamanian jail.
“It is still very surreal,” Vance said yesterday of getting the new job.
British-born Vance only auditioned for the role last week.
On Thursday he was phoned and told, in the simplest way, possible, that the role was his.
“(A producer said) welcome to Prison Break.”
But Vance has been sworn to secrecy about what his character Whistler. All he can say is that he is “mysterious” and that he will be an “essential element to the story”.

Being from Australia, I can tell yo that Chris Vance is actualy English and he’s been living in Australia for a few years with his Aussie wife.
He played a doctor in an Aussie hospital drama and regular watchers like me were stunned when they killed off his character. Now we know why!
And a warning - this man is hot, hot hot! Make sure your screens don’t melt down, lol.

I have been scouring prison break sites ever since the last episode of season 3 for a certain screen-cap and cannot find it!!!! It is the last scene when it shows who Mahone is talking to in the bar, when it flashes over to Whistler. If you have one like it or know whre there might be one would be great. Thank you
