  tbh, i think he’s still alive, and only the cops who were with him were shot. it would be just typically prison break-ish if he wasn’t dead :)

  I also agreed that the office who was in the van with him got killed, not him. It’s so like Kellerman to have planned it all.

  I dont think he has because on a website (not sure which one now) but it said that if the Grey’s Anatomy spinoff doesnt work out he could still come back if he wanted

  of course he’s alive he was the presidents bodyguard and one of the CIA’s number ones! he’s as clever as they come…he definately planned it! cant wait to see him again..playin the company!

  He isn’t dead.Rewind season2 episode13 and watch carefully. Kellerman has connection with the traffic jam. He was talking with a police officer. Everything is a set up

  Hi guys.I believe he is still alive.Cause he’s a very strong character.I don’t think his friends will let him die or he just planned all of this.Sara is coming.Kellerman is as strong character as Sara.Why the writers don’t bring him back?They could do anything they want.We have seen Sara’s head on the show and they are bringing her back.We didn’t even see Kellerman’s blood.Before he died he said meaningfull words to the guards about smiling before shot.I love him.I love him more than every character in the show.I didn’t watch the show for a while because he was dead:((Writers!!!! if you listen us carefully your show’s rating will fly.You gotta bring Kellerman back.You have no choice.Sheakspeare Whistler can’t save the show:) I am very happy because Sammy and Lechero has died.I don’t love them.by the way i am not a racist.i don’t love their character in the show

  He’ll [K-Man], probably come back… I’m guessing, somewhere on the end of the season, you know, “when we least expect it”-kinda way.. Don’t worry about HOW they’ll [the writers] do it…WE ALL know, by now, they’re GENIUSES.. !!! LOL

  .. Nahh, I’m serious about that… [About them bringing him back, when we least expect it & about them being geniuses..]

  BTW before I forget, I said “somewhere on the end of the season,” but it even COULD be more sooner than that.. Like during the middlle ..[???]

  Episode 04.15, episode 04.20 somewhere between these two??

  wooh.. thanks for lighting me up! so kellerman’s alive then! i’m really hoping he does! paul and sarah is a good match IMO! they really have chemistry when kellerman acted as lance.. my fave scenes! *drools*

  ” Two guards escort Kellerman, now donning an orange prison jumpsuit, into a transportation van. One guard explains the situation to Kellerman, but Kellerman cuts him off, “I know the drill.” The guards load him into the van.
  The van leaves the jail. The guard sitting with Kellerman asks the guard driving why he didn’t take the freeway, “Rush hour,” the driver replies. Kellerman listens to the conversation with a faint smile on his face. The driver continues, “The service engine light just came on.” He pulls the van under and overpass and gets out. Kellerman looks to the guard sitting with him, “In the French Resistance, it was considered a high honor to face a Nazi firing squad.” The guard snaps to Kellerman to stay quiet, but he continues, “Meant you did your job. The highest honor was to smile when they shot you.” Suddenly, the back doors of the van fly open. Two men with ski masks and shotguns stand ready. “It took you long enough,” Kellerman says peacefully. The two men pause, then unload their shotguns into the back of the van. ”
