Prison Break Episode 02.20 Review
Sucre is FAST! I couldn’t believe he caught up with that taxi at the airport. Too bad he couldn’t have gotten closer to the money though! And then he was pretty fast in grabbing Bellick’s gun. But then he finds out that Maricruz is stuck in a hole somewhere, binding him to Bellick til they get the money.
Poor Sara, lying to Michael in order not to lead everyone to him. At least Mahone wasn’t first on the scene. Who knows what might have happened! And then when Michael realizes it… so sad.
Mahone just looked pathetic sitting on the floor staring at all his notes tacked on the wall! He is losing it. But it was interesting watching him put together the whole “Greek alphabet numerical notation” of Michael’s tattoos!
C-Note really knew how to work those FBI agents - witness protection program, clean record, set free! But will it all go off without a hitch?
T-Bag role playing with a hooker. Not so fun to watch! And then he strangles her. And then he leaves her in the bathtub. Bloody.
Michael and Linc land on a beautiful beach in Panama and catch a bus ride. Michael’s moody, putting a damper on Lincoln’s positive attitude. Michael even tries to call Sara’s phone but Lincoln hangs up on him. Not worth the ramifications.
Mahone figures out that the “Christ in a Rose” tattoo stands for Christina Rose - Michael’s mom.
Finally the mute guy talks! He and Kim sit in a boat in a “silent” area so they can’t be detected. Kim is told to take a different approach moving forward.
Mahone realizes that Wheeler is going behind his back, and goes to confront him in a parking garage. He describes penalties for traitors and proceeds to yell at him. Wheeler names off all the accusations and tells Mahone that he’ll be going to prison. Mahone’s response? “You remind me of me when I was young.” Mahone packs up his stuff, just in time to have one last meeting with Kim. Kim offers a way for Mahone to get away, part of his “change in strategy”. He’s sending Mahone to Panama.
C-Note gets set free and is reunited with his family. Too sweet!
Michael goes all philosophical on Lincoln, all the deaths, Sara’s being taken into custody… resulting in a little brotherly scuffle. Lincoln says that they’ve lost so much, they can’t afford to lose each other. After some more strolling on the beach they arrive at their sailboat. The Christina Rose. And the combination lock is 617, another part of his tattoo.
Sucre and Michael communicate using EuropeanGoldfinch.net and Michael learns T-Bag is in Panama. Of course he feels obligated to go after him. *sigh*
